It's been a year+ since I was in Psych Central chat however I don't recall a bad forum member. Granted, there are individuals who struggle with the general concept of good vs. bad. I was recently diagnosed, on top of my mental health challenges, as having early stages of kidney failure at age 66. The shock of the news sent my mind automatically into negative rumination that at some time I was a bad person and I was being punished.

Then the years of counseling and all the great compassionate folks I've chatted with in this forum over-road the fear. There are some trouble makers in every forum - just don't be so hard on yourself. If you feel like you said something inappropriate, make amends and move on. If you feel you are being harassed and don't feel safe in this forum, PM one of the moderators to discuss your concerns confidentially. We're all here for either seek help and/or to provide help to others. None of us wake up in the morning sstarting out the day saying we're going to be a bad person. They have larger fenced in facilities for the bad people. Take care and the ball is always in your court as to what advice to consider and what to discard. From my seat, it sounds like many here care about you! Enjoy these comments!!!
