7731 steps. I met my goal of 7500 steps. I overate today. Those Circle K hotdogs are much more in calories than I remember. Also I drank allot of soda instead of water when I exercised. Big mistake. I was not thinking. I walked three miles for 505 calories. So this makes for a target of 2300 + 505 = 2805 calories. I have consumed 3300 calories. This is an excess of about 500 calories. So I will exercise tomorrow to take most of this away. I will only eat my base calories of 2300 calories. I will have to watch what I eat. I ate homemade maccaroni and cheese using medium cheddar that was aged more than cheddar usually is. Nice.
