I weighed 159.0 this morning! Not a surprise as I went way over the last couple of days. Last night it was pizza, fruit and junk. Lots of water weight; I know rationally that the excesses of the past couple of days would cause a gain of less than half a pound if not addressed But I really want to get below 155. Hopefully will paddle sometime this weekend.
