Well at least you got back, right? At least you know that even if you have to go to somebody else, it is giving you the chance to work through your past, which is damaging you today. You're not failing by going back to therapy. It's another form of progress. Progress can take many forms... you've used courage just going back. You could just have tried ignoring all this, and maybe you would have been partially, maybe even wholy successful, but I imagine it would have reappeared sometime in your future. Better to go back to therapy in this case sooner rather than later, eh? I'm proud that you have gone back, and I really hope it helps you.
