I weighed 173. No way two pounds in one day. Water weight? Food in my intestines? I walked fast for three miles. This amounted to abut 500 calories burned. So I wiped out the excess of yesterday. I just have to stay with my plan of 2300 calories of food today. Oh yes, there was a half a mile where my pace was 14:00. If I can keep this up for one mile, I will be going fourteen minutes a mile. This would break my record of fourteen and a half mintes a mile.
