I try to stay indoors- don't go anywhere, have someone hold your money/cards for you. Don't write any emails! (Important!) Last time I felt so restless was actually because of a side effect of abilify- internal restlessness, they called it. UGH. Anyway, I called the psych. ER who paged my pdoc who prescribed Ativan. That at least calmed me enough to focus. Until then, I'd been drinking to self-medicate... worked, but not obviously recommended!

Bottom line- call your pdoc or psych. ER and have him/her paged and go from there. Tell the nurse or whomever you talk to first exactly how you feel- don't down-play it.
