I'm stable. In the past couple of months I have been up and down, but only mildly. My last major episode was in May. I reached full blown manic, but it was of the sometimes agitated, anxious, and partly mixed type.
I have experienced a lot of stress in recent weeks, but there were no significant episodes attached to it, just periods of mild mood and energy elevation switching with the opposite. These tendencies would last only 3-4 days and then level for a bit.
