Honestly, I feel hyper-sensitive/paranoid...I feel like some IRL people are deliberately attacking me in order to push me away. Sooo, I'm feeling very defensive. Angry. My common sense tells me that I'm reacting to an overload of stress. And the IRL people around me probably are, too. The best thing I can do right now is severely limit my contact with IRL people, because things are not good.
