I'd like to join this thread. I want to lose 20 lbs. I weigh 170 right now. Since going on lexapro last year, I have gained 15 lbs...
Right now I'm eating carrots and dip. I honestly do not have much motivation to lose weight. I would rather: strive for 5, and exercise for my mental health consistently. Perhaps I can even shed some lbs that way.
