I should start a “brain retrain” support thread.
Today I interrupted my negative thoughts to replace or at least add a positive thought. I also made a focused effort to say positive or neutral things and avoid saying anything negative. It felt good. I am remembering there was a time this was more like the “real me” and I’m wondering what changed along the way. It must have been years ago now. I didn’t even notice the change happening.
