I didn’t sleep again last night due to my anxiety. My depression has kicked up today as well. Today will be another cuddle with the pets day. Fun times all around!

I had an appointment with a thoroughly unpleasant, obnoxious doctor yesterday to treat my carpal tunnel. I don’t want to be difficult but I don’t think I want this doctor involved in my treatment which might include surgery. Not sure what to do without making waves.
