Passed out at 9 got up at 6 am. On prime day they had a bunch of magazine subscriptions for $1-5 so one of the magazines I got was Family Circle. Yeah I don't have a family really and a lot of the articles were "How to talk to your teenager" but they had one article on sleep. One of the things was if you don't sleep all the way through the night to have a spoonful of raw honey before bed because sometimes you wake up because your blood sugar will drop. So I tried it and actually didn't wake up at 3:30 am! Tbh any reason to have honey is a good one. I love honey. Just thought I'd let y'all know. They also mentioned this stuff for stress.
