I was just wondering if you found therapy helpful, and if so, if there are any specific types? Thinking I need more support. I didn't find CBT very helpful, because I found myself unable to really change or rationalize with my thoughts during a mood episode. Mindfulness stuff seems to work better, so considering DBT, and also considering ACT after someone mentioned it to me elsewhere. ACT seemed to stick with me most when I read about the idea behind it. Thanks!
