I really struggle with negative thinking, which just makes me more depressed, and sends me in a negative spiral - rinse repeat.
I was reading a post by a woman on another site, about she had started to post positive affirmations about areas in her life that she wanted to change, in her daily journal and that within a month she'd found her attitudes had changed, and her affirmations were coming true.
I figured what the heck, I'm going to try it. So started today, and for a month, in my daily journal - that I keep on another site, I'm going to post 3 positive affirmations for areas that I need to change in my life, and three things I'm grateful for.
Hopefully it will help me get out of this mess I'm in.
