Feeling low. Had a discussion with my wife about meds and how I feel. She doesn't understand but seems to be trying.
Depression is not new - I've been depressed lots of times over the years. But I guess the difference now is that it has lasted so long (10 months).
I dropped off my car for service today. The bill will be around 2,000. Not good since I'm out of work but it needs to be done. Other than that I have done nothing today... considering taking a shower.
