DBT is going pretty well for me four months in. Now that I understand more about mindfulness, it has become a really positive part of my life. The original model of DBT consists of half one-on-one and half group therapy, so a DBT group is something you can look in to the skill building is going well and you want to practice with others.
I've been really intrigued by internal family systems theory. It's like family systems, but the family is in your mind and all the members are your thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc.

Seems like a good fit for trauma and eating disorders based on what I've read, so idk how that would fit with you. Good luck.
