Yes, I've been taking mg in the evenings and my sleep is much better now. Although at the same time I forced myself to go for a walk as soon as I wake up. Getting :sunshine in the early morning sets your biorhythm right as well.
But back to mg, I feel very relaxed after taking it. I got the better firm which is called magnesium citrate (better absorbtion) and I try to avoid milk and dairy when I take it as it interferes with mg.
