OMG what a freaking arse!!! Please don't think that all dentists are like that! My dad is a dentist and he works for things besides money all the time one time he worked for these beautiful russian nesting dolls from immigrants from russia, other times he's worked for exchange of services such as painting. I know he would NEVER say "people" like you and he'd wait till after the procedure to talk about payment in a PRIVATE room. Your dentist was way out of line and insensitive!!!
