If you're concerned about how other people will look at you for blocking a coworker on Instagram, I would say it depends. If this is a guy who isn't really well liked by others, there will be no judgement from others whatsoever. However if this guy is socially part of the "in crowd" then your other coworkers will probably think you're weird for doing it.
