I kind of voluntarily admitted myself - I had an appt with a mental health nurse and she wanted me to go to a psych at the hospital for an assessment and once I was there they wouldn't let me leave, lol. If you feel it's something you need to do, better to admit yourself voluntarily rather than be admitted involuntarily.
