My running monologue continues (where are you @Tucson?)...
Another surprise - I weigh 153.6 this morning; another new low. I am not sure if I am catching a couple of low spikes or if I have actually made it below 155. 150-155 is a good range for me. I might lose down to 149 as a stunt - just to take a picture of the scale and then bulk up a little to get back to 153. But I am getting ahead of myself. First I need to see if I am really trending lower or if this is just low spikes.
