YES!! I absolutely love peppermint oil for anxiety. For me, it is incredibly calming and soothing. My mind and body immediately relax when I mix a few drop with a lotion or other oil and apply it under my nose or all over my chest and arms. The cooling effect is an amazing distraction from both mental and physical anxiety, and breathing deeply, the smell goes straight to the most chaotic part of my mind and soothes it very quickly. xo
