I have been in my local gym (Goodlife) since October attending at least 3x weekly. It seems that my msucle mass is gaining and I do not want that. I don't want to look "macho" I want to look lean and fit.

My body shape is too "masculine" when I workout but I have this little bit of overall fat that just won't go. It is mostly on my back and thighs. The muscle develops underneath it but that little layer won't burn off. Any ideas?
