Another running monologue...

I swam for 60 minutes. Logged 375 calories. Hopped on the scale afterward before I got in the shower, mostly out of curiosity. I had consumed most of my daily calories at that point but one thing that is counter-intuitive about swimming is that is dries you out. Anyway, I weighed a few times before I could believe it really was registering 152.8 fairly consistently.

I logged 1958 calories consumed. I actually ate a little more and rolled ~150 forward. That doesn't concern me much since I will kayak in the morning. I will be fishing, but trolling for white perch (they get pretty good sized in one of my nearby lakes) so I will stay in motion most of the time. Probably won't have one of my crazy SUP session calorie burns, but should be a few hundred. I may still have a little something else and roll it forward.

I probably should bump my calorie allowance back up. I am taking today's weigh in as what would have been tomorrow's and will weigh next on Tuesday morning.
