I really didn't want to go anywhere today, but was glad my dad got me out of my apartment. We went to a state park across the river and it was beautiful. I didn't admit it at the time as I was slightly irritable.
I'm nervous about going to therapy tomorrow. I have a new vehicle I'm driving and also, I tried to contact my therapist several times last week as it was a rough time for me and she didn't respond.
