Yesterday...
Kayaked 6.5 miles. Strava gave me 1100+ calories and I edited it down to 750.
Consumed 2385 calories. I always feel like I eat too much on big burn days when I don't have an overage to cancel out. Obviously the math works or comes up short instead of over since I have lost about 10 pounds under my original goal.
I weigh next on Tuesday morning.
