I weigh 172 pounds, just barely. Now that I am watching my calories once again, weight loss should not be a problem. Once my weight stabilizes after remaining constant for a week, I will increase the calorie consumption. This together with exercise, the calories I will have to consume will be substantial. It will be interesting how I will end up doing this. Increase my dessert consumption? Probably. I also have been like looking at UpDownAround food diary. Quesadilla and protien bars sound good. Small icecream sandwiches sound even better.
