The thing I have to watch with the little ice cream sandwiches is that 90 calories seems like not so much when you have one that another is probably okay and another...
I have been finding the Pure Protein bars on sale lately for about $1 each. They are whey based, which some people don't like or can't tolerate. They are too small to be a good meal replacement, but they are only 180-200 calories each so I use them more to augment my fruit habit with enough protein than anything else. The one I like best is caramel peanut chocolate but it has been hard for me to find. It isn't a Snicker's bar, but closer to one than most protein bars. The chocolate deluxe is pretty good also. It's like a fair to middlin' brownie. The birthday cake one is nasty, but after a couple of bites I get used to it enough to tolerate it. I won't buy more of the birthday cake ones.
I have been woefully short on veggies the past few days.
