Can you change the house (spend a few days at a friend's, or a hotel)?
Failing that, change the people?

If the passive state coincides with returning home, then something/someone there would seem to be a factor.
Agoraphobia tires me out, but I generally feel better heading back/upon return to a familiar (and less populated) environment like home. Wanting to avoid that tiredness has been something that has stopped me from going out, though.
