My advice is to do or take one day at a time and don’t be hard on yourself we all slip up and start over most of the time.

It was disgustingly smokey here yesterday and muggy. I felt nasty and I couldn’t see anything out of my glasses every time I came out to see something outside there was a film on my glasses.

Yesterday for my birthday I was given a new computer chair, this breathing puffer of some sort all natural of course, money, lush products, chocolate, and a towel.
