Feeling better today
A couple days ago I posted in a forum that I was not feeling good about myself or my progress. Often I feel that I make my anxiety more permanent by not trying hard enough to develop coping skills and practice self-care. Fortunately some kind souls reached out and gave encouraging, consoling responses. This made me feel a lot better. I hate that there are so any people suffering, but I am grateful to see and experience proof that I am not alone, and that we all believe in each other, even when we don't believe in ourselves all the time.
My anxiety was much lower today after receiving many kind words.
