If you are denied by Medicaid or if they don't cover it (or they do but the copay is too high) you can apply for patient assistance with an exemption. Just include a note that explains that you do not meet all criteria but that Latuda is not adequately covered by your insurance and you cannot afford it, yet it is an effective drug for you.

I've done this a lot of times and have never been denied.
