It's good that you and your husband are now in tune with changes in your behavior. It seems like something you should discuss with your psychiatrist, especially being on potentially activating medications. You may also want to mention your exercise, including the distances and times for running the distances (how many minutes per mile). I gather you are an exercise enthusiast, which is great, but for some people vigorous exercise can be a trigger for mania. Actually, so can excitement.
