I weighed 156.4 this morning. A *lot* more in the gut than when I weighed Saturday afternoon and also not dehydrated. I do want to get to about 153 and make my range 150 to 155 but I want to do it slowly. I may already be closer than I know. I had a fair amount of high fiber fruit last night close to bed time so today could be a slight spike up. I am going to try to get in some swimming this afternoon.
