I hope someone from the UK, or other country with a similar support arrangement, will respond shortly. I'm from the US and where I live we do not have the same arrangement, that I know of. I do recall someone mentioning something very similar in the following thread (p. 4). She indicates Scotland as her country. Maybe you can contact her through messaging, if you want. Her response seemed very positive about her support team.
