Can you seek medical care for SI wounds at an urgent care instead of going to the ER? Or will urgent care just have you sent to an ER for a psych eval?

In general I wouldn't hesitate to go to urgent care over the ER for wound care or whatever, but I wonder if they'll freak at the psych aspect. I'm not suicidal. Any wounds would very obviously be SH though.
