I had one off day and my weight went from 162 to 165 overnight. Today I weighed myself at 1PM. I was 165. I think you weigh more in the afternoon? So maybe I’m more like 163. I don’t think I ate a ton yesterday. Dinner was just potato soup which was pretty low cal. Today I had 1,255 calories. But I gave my mom one of the pretzel bites I had. The small bag had 190 calories total. I also gave her the rest of my 420 calorie French onion soup. Plus all the other ends of foods I didn’t eat, probably puts me more at 1,100 calories.
I have a doctors appointment next Thursday. My doctor is so strict about my weight. I overhear her ask the technician about my weight when I’m in the exam room with the door shut. She makes the entire appointment about my weight. That’s not what I see her for and I never bring up my weight. I’ve always been at least 2 pounds less. I have gained a few pounds since the last time. I was 156 last time I saw her. I’m pretty worried about this appointment. I feel like she’s going to be disappointed.
