Sort of long story short, my head bounced off the street in front of my house 2 days ago.

It gave me a bad headache and dizziness, except I have those things daily but this felt different. It is really hard to breathe without pain. A few hours later on pupil was dilated more then the other so I go it to get it checked out. A chest xray and ct scan show nothing wrong and they tell me to rest the next day or two and drink lots of fluids.

Breathing is back to normal but I get the different kind of dizziness and headaches and randomly get a ton of pressure in my head. I am surprised it hasn't exploded yet. I have a seizure disorder and maybe something else that causes lots of twitching and my twitching since the accident has been significantly worse and bothersome.

I guess that is a long story. Does it just take time or is there something else I should be doing to get over this? I have never had any kind of concussion before and it has been not fun at all.
