A miracle happened... I have my appointment with the mdpu (a teaching and research hospital) tomorrow! I thought it would take months before I could get the appointment because it has taken that long before.

The mdpu gave me the bipolar diagnosis and they set out my treatment plan years ago. Hopefully now they'll have a plan that considers all of the meds and other options I have tried.

I met a friend for coffee and told him about my visit to the nude beach. He was surprised I did it and curious about what it was like for me despite the depression. I told him that I just had to try something new and see where it takes me.

I also finished painting the bathroom. I had to take the tank off the toilet so that I could paint behind it.

I'm still feeling low but surviving and getting a few things done.
