Welcome to Psych Central Forums.

Thank you so much for sharing. I am so sorry you went through that such a horrible trauma! I can't imagine having gone through what you went through. You are so strong! I am so happy that you shared what has worked for you. As you know, suffering from trauma seems like an endless battle and hope of ever reclaiming some sort of normalcy fades quickly. I look to fellow sufferers like yourself who have done the work and found some sort of calm and resiliency admidst the storm.

I will look into neurofeedback. I have actually never looked into it before.
