I paddled 9.3 miles today plus I played SUP polo for about 45 minutes or so and pumped up the board before hand so even though I think the 1321 calories Strava gave me for paddling is a little high, I didn't edit it.
2719 calories consumed. Lots of not great choices, but I had salad and lots of protein.
I will weigh in the morning. Not sure what to expect but somewhere around 155.
