I just want to say I believe that he was really wrong and went too far as violated your Human Rights. I feel at times people who refer to disability as you said 'people like you', seem to be under some delusion like disabled people 'choose' to be disabled.

I know speaking for myself that I sure did not ever 'choose' to be disabled.

I hope you are able to get all this worked out and are able to find a dentist who will treat you with the respect you are entitled to and deserve.
