I had an overage of about 250 calories yesterday. I exercised some that day, but it was walking. However, it was for the most part up a steep hill for over one mile. I was really tired at the end. I will allow 50 calories for this. So I need to burn off 200 calories today. This is basically two miles. However, I will try to work very hard, so I will end up burning up more calories than this. Maybe I can fit in an extra granola bar? Who knows?
