Umm, no offense but you're doing it again. For whatever reason, you've managed to "attached" a negative response, thought process to a most enjoyable experience.
I don't remember what it's called, but you seem to have a fear, anxiety towards feeling Joy because of it ending. Like a good, movie, song, video game etc. You have programmed your mind based on past events.
Maybe you could make a 7 day plan to just enjoy all the endings in life. It could just be a simple smile to a stranger you walk by. Knowing there is a possibility that you will never see that person again, or you could.
It takes time to adjust, remember, no body is allowed in side your mind, unless you say otherwise which brings me to a suggestion of speaking with a therapist.
Don't worry but I don't want anyone to go through my stubborn ways and views on psychiatry.
