I've been thinking that I'll (try to) do the exercise for the 2 weeks and see what happens. I just want opinions.
I have to do the exercise at home because my doctor told me in the morning before school and well...The only way to do that is if it's at home as I don't drive and my parents have enough people to get out of the house on time, so forget about early!
And I've already read the book (well, all parts that could affect me at all...I skipped the parts about ADHD, pregnancy, menopause and old age).
