The anxiety was there tonight. It wasn’t too bad though. It was more like this feeling of dread.
Then there’s the whole I’m worried I won’t fall asleep tonight and I have to get up early. I go through that every night I have to work. I have a good sleep schedule now so it’s not that bad anymore. I’m usually asleep by 10.
But the anxiety is still there every night.
