Thanks, Perna. That's true, especially the therapy one - it's making me think about the bad things more, which isn't much fun.

The only thing I'd disagree with is this one:

I tried to avoid it, but I forgot once when I was signing out of Yahoo mail that it automatically takes you to the news page...and it's been mentioned here a bit as well (not that I'm blaming anyone, it's impossible to avoid everyone's triggers).
