I know the feeling and am sorry you are going through this. I think you responded my thread where some of us are going through a similar situation with my boss. She is never happy with anything.

It definitely is not healthy to deal with. It is very discouraging dealingl with constant criticism and nothing positive. It sounds like trying to get a transfer is a good course to take. I am keeping an eye out for other opportunities in my company as well. People in other areas seem happier and stick around longer.
