Can you find/schedule some things to look forward to?
I have struggled with this, too.
I try to find things to look forward to. This year, I have been pushing myself to attend area concerts/performances -- both local groups and ones stopping in just to give a performance. Many of these events have been free.
You may feel like you don't enjoy anything right now. Can you recall some things you used to enjoy and try some of those activities?
I know trying to commit to events/activities is very tough when so depressed.
