How to face fear?
If you have three things that make u panic, write them down on three cards or paper separately. Then put the first card(the least fear),for example, if presentation in front of class make u worry, you can imagine the situation as details as you can, and deeply breathe until you feel calm. If you no longer feel panic on this issue, then jump to the second one and do the same thing, deeply breath until you feel calm .And then the third one.
